Ease of maintenance / cost efficiency

We will select up-to-date equipment and technology, appropriate materials coupled with a good filtration design to ensure maintenance kept at a minimum in order to be cost-efficient.

Water chemistry

We will ensure there are enough *nitrifying bacteria to break down nitrite, stable water chemistry e.G. PH level, high oxygen level, clear water and so forth because they are important for the health of the fish.

*Nitrifying bacteria convert the most reduced form of soil nitrogen, ammonia, into its most oxidized form, nitrate. In itself, this is important for soil ecosystem function, in controlling losses of soil nitrogen through leaching and denitrification of nitrate.
